For those looking for a more spacious one bedroom, unit D is for you. The living/dining area (approx. 21.2 sqm) is separated from the kitchen area (approx. 6.9 sqm). Upon opening the front door, the large living room will welcome you, to the left is the kitchen area and beside it, further (from the entrance) is the toilet & bath (approx. 5.6 sqm) and then beside it is the bedroom (approx. 9.3 sqm). Last is the balcony (approx. 8 sqm), which is accessible from both the bedroom and the living & dining area.

This unit is even more spacious than unit D. It has a quite different layout than the other units as the toilet & bath (approx. 5.6 sqm) is only accessible from the bedroom (approx. 15.1 sqm).
